Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, Thank YOU!

[ad_1]

Thank You.

As we roll into a new calendar year, I want to thank you for being here.

For reading my blogs and watching my videos but also simply for being here in the world.

Whether you read my blogs or watch my videos because you’re interested in understanding women better or because you want to make the best of life without them, or simply to be entertained…

…you give me purpose.

So…

 Thank You!

Thank you for sticking with me all these years, or for recently joining the Wingmam Fam.

You matter.

You’re probably receiving a lot of end-of-year sentiments from people or websites giving you their top 10 tips for what they learned this year…

…or what you can do moving into the next year.

But I won’t put that on you right now.

For me, this is a time of year to slow down, reflect and relax.

Western Canada! #whitechristmas 😍

To recalibrate and reevaluate.

I save the revving up for after the New Year’s ball drops!

If you feel the same, permit yourself to chill out for now.

Enjoy these lazy days if you’re lucky enough to have a few.

Look around and appreciate what and who you have in your life.

If you feel like you have no one, know you have me in your corner.

I’m rooting for you, praying for you, and sending you lots of love!

Big hug and THANK YOU!

God bless. 🙂

Alternative Politically Correct Greeting

Borrowed from Cowboy (thank you!)

Please accept with no obligation, implied or implicit my best wishes for an environmentally conscious, socially responsible, low-stress, non-addictive, gender-neutral celebration of the winter solstice holiday practiced within the most enjoyable traditions of the religious persuasion or secular practices of your choice, with respect for the religious/secular persuasions and/or traditions of others, or their choice not to practice religious or secular traditions at all and…

(deep breath here)

…a fiscally successful, personally fulfilling, and medically uncomplicated recognition of the onset of the generally accepted the calendar year 2023, but not without due respect for the calendars of choice of other cultures whose contributions to society have helped make America great, (not to imply that America is necessarily greater than any other country or is the only “AMERICA” in the western hemisphere,) and without regard to race, creed, color, age, physical ability, religious faith, or sexual preference of the wishee.

By accepting this greeting, you are accepting these terms: This greeting is subject to clarification or withdrawal. It is freely transferable with no alteration to the original greeting. It implies no promise by the wisher to actually implement any of the wishes for her/himself[/them?] or others and is void where prohibited by law and is revocable at the sole discretion of the wisher.

This wish is warranted to perform as expected within the usual application of good tidings for a period of one year, or until the issuance of a subsequent holiday greeting, whichever comes first, and warranty is limited to the replacement of this wish or issuance of a new wish at the sole discretion of the wisher.

By the way, I don’t celebrate holidays but I appreciate the cheer they can bring and I do celebrate food in the form of a big dinner with my small family.

I hope this season (and this message) brings you some measure of joy or at least a chuckle.

If this is a challenging time of year for you, hunker down, chin up and this too shall pass.

Love you all so darn much!

(Quick reminder I no longer receive replies to newsletters but I look forward to reading your comments below. 💗)

There won’t be a newsletter this week but…

I didn’t write blogs for the short videos below so you may not be aware of them.

Also, a special thank you to those of you who watch my videos to the end! (It helps my channel remain relevant to the fickle YouTube algorithm. Oy.)

Enjoy and see you next week!
