55×5 Manifesting Method

If you have a goal that you are trying to manifest quickly, like maybe a promotion or relationship status change, this 55×5  method is a great one to try. It all centers around one affirmation that you create as if it’s already happened.

For example, “I am grateful for the new promotion I accepted,” or “I had so much fun on the date I went on.” Something along those lines. 

Once you have your affirmation and positive statements in mind, pick a time over the next five days that you’ll have free time to do some writing. Each day at that time you will be writing your positive statement 55 times, Keep doing it for each of the five days.

369 Method

The 369 Method is similar to the 55×5 Method in that you are also writing an affirmation here to manifest positive energy in real life.

The 369 method is a manifestation technique that involves writing down your desires in a specific way to help manifest them into reality. Here’s how it works:

  1. Choose Your Desire: Start by choosing a specific desire or goal that you want to manifest. This could be anything from a new job to improved health to a loving relationship.
  2. Write It Down: Write down your desire in the present tense as if it has already happened. For example, instead of saying “I want to be healthy,” you would write “I am healthy and full of energy.”
  3. Repeat: Write your desire down three times in the morning, six times during the day, and nine times at night. This repetition helps to reinforce your intention and keep it at the forefront of your mind.
  4. Visualize: As you write down your desire, visualize it coming true and feel the emotions associated with achieving it. This helps to amplify the manifestation process.

There is no right or wrong way to use a manifestation journal. You can use it to free write and let your subconscious mind flow, use it to write positive affirmations, and more. I personally plan on using mine to have a dedicated space for the methods we discussed earlier.

So how does it work? A manifestation journal is a tool used to help clarify and manifest your desires through the practice of writing. By consistently writing down your goals, dreams, and intentions, you are setting a clear intention for what you want to attract into your life.

To use a manifestation journal effectively, you start by writing down your desires in a positive and present tense, as if they have already happened. This helps to create a sense of belief and expectation in your subconscious mind. You can also include affirmations, gratitude lists, and visualizations to enhance the manifestation process.

This exercise takes a little bit of time to set up, the end result is worth it.

Connect To An Object

Connecting To An Object is a great way to have a physical reminder of what you want to attract/achieve. The key is to pick an object that you’ll see on a daily basis so that you are always reminded of the real change that you are trying to make.

I did this a few years ago with the word that I picked for the year. I ordered a bracelet that had that word on it and wore it everyday. That way, every time I looked down at my wrist I was reminded of the positive things I was going after.

For example, if your goal is to get a job offer, start living like you already have it. How would you dress for work? What would your day look like? Multi-Sensory Visualization involves using multiple senses. It’s one of the most interesting law of attraction methods because of how it utilizes your senses.

For example, let’s say your dream is to own a beach house. For this exercise you may picture in your mind the sight of the shoreline, hear the waves crashing, feel the sea breeze, and taste the seafood. You see how that is a more powerful way of visualizing yourself owning a beach house than just simply seeing the house.

This manifestation method is all about viewing yourself from a third-person perspective. If your goal is to lose weight. What do you look like at your goal weight? Visualize this image and keep it in your mind when you are doing things that will help you reach that goal.

Intention Point Shifting

Your intention point is where your head and your heart meet. The reason why Intention Point Shifting is one of the more powerful techniques is because when your head and heart are aligned you have a higher energy.

I didn’t know about this technique but it makes so much sense because connecting my head and heart is something that I struggle with. It makes sense that when they are connected you operate from a more positive space.
