The beginning of the month is always an exciting time for those that are ambitious and focused on achieving goals.
Whether or not the last month went the way you expected, today is a new day.
It’s when you reflect on the previous month and decide what new goals you want to set your sights on this month.
If you’re going into a new month not feeling pumped up or optimistic, that’s okay.
Sometimes it takes a little more inspiration and motivation before you start creating new goals.
When this happens for me I like to surround myself with positivity. One of the ways I do this is by looking at quotes.
Today I’m sharing some of my favorite new month new goals quotes. These are all about going after your dreams, starting over when you experience setbacks, and more! Get ready for the ultimate motivation.

How To Stay Motivated With Quotes
It’s not enough to just read a quote and go about your day. Although I’m sure we all wish it was that simple.
To keep the motivated feelings you want the quote(s) to stick with you. The important thing is that you keep these motivational quotes top of mind through your tough moments.
There are several different ways to do this. These are some of my favorites:
Make It Art
I love decorating my room with motivational wall art.
Whether you make it yourself, or find your favorite inspirational quote on a painting/picture, both options work. This serves two purposes. Your room will be nicely decorated and you’ll have inspiration staring at you everyday.
You can turn it into a vision board (or make a Pinterest vision board) and do some art therapy activities to really drive it home.
Keep It On Your Home Screen
Phone wallpapers are a great place to put your favorite motivational quote.
You can access that burst of motivation at any time. It’s also easy to change in and out if you want to switch the quotes out.
Te beginning of a new month is a great time to switch out your wallpaper. Welcome new opportunities and say goodbye to the failures of yesterday when you change it!
Make an Inspirational Album
When one quote isn’t enough, I like to create a photo album of my favorite new month goals. I’ll view them right before I set my goals for the month, anytime my motivation is low, and sometimes just because.
Write It Down
Writing things down helps you remember them better.
It’s recommended that you write your goals down for a multitude of reasons. What would it look like if you jotted down your favorite goal setting quote on top of the page?
Stick it everywhere:
If you know me personally, you know how deep my love for stickers goes.
If it’s a sticker of a motivational quote, that’s even better.
These are great because you can stick them anywhere you need an extra boost.
Your planner, journal, phone case, and laptop are a few places that I recommend.
